CA Wellness Day

The Competition Authority Staff Wellness Day was held on Friday 2nd of August 2013, at Cresta Lodge. The theme for the day was “A well and sound mind at work.” On the Day, different service providers were brought in to educate staff on different aspects of staff wellness, work-life balance and engage them in different types of fitness training.

The purpose of the day was to educate and increase awareness of the importance of healthy lifestyles for Competition Authority employees and their families.

Staff members were taken through activities such as aerobics, tug of war, physical exercises, five –a –side soccer competition, motivational speaking, massaging and routine health checks for such conditions as hypertension, sugar diabetes etc.

It was hardwork, joy and sweat. Most colleagues who participated at the event say it was fun and a day well spent.
