DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

In terms of the Data Protection Act of 2024, notice is required to enable the Competition and Consumer Authority (“the Authority”) and any other service providers it may appoint, to process data subjects’ personal data. The purpose of the notice is to explain how the Authority uses personal data it collects from data subjects.
